If the regular outline isn't showing up after Wednesday of the scheduled week, try clicking Refresh or Reload in your browser. If that fails, delete your cached Internet files. In Internet Explorer, go to Tools->Internet Options and click "Delete Files" under "Temporary Internet Settings". Close your browser, restart it, and try loading the page again.
To double-check the most recent file available, click here. From there you can force-download the file if it is available but not showing up otherwise for you.
